CA Engineering is a firm structured to provide engineering services to government and industry on the design of municipal and industrial water systems, municipal and industrial wastewater systems, storm water management, flood control, and hydrologic-hydraulic and sediment transport studies.

Our services in water engineering include water distribution systems, water filtration plants, water treatment for industrial processes and water storage facilities, pumping systems. In wastewater, our services include collection systems, wastewater treatment plants, industrial pre-treatment facilities, pumping stations. We also provide services in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of wastewater treatment and water filtration plants.

We have vast experience in urban storm water management as we perform a large amount of hydrologic-hydraulic (HH) studies for existing and proposed developments. We also perform HH studies for FEMA's flood map amendment, and sediment transport studies for various applications. Our experience includes engineering services for flood control and river channeling.

CA Engineering was founded in 1992 by Casiano Ancalle, when he established the original one-person office in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Over the last decade, the firm has experienced steady and controlled growth. To this date, C-A Engineering has been enriched with strong experience in the United States, Puerto Rico and Latin America .
